DYW Notary Services provides professional notary services, including in-person mobile notarization and remote online notarization, as per the laws of the State of Wisconsin and U.S. notarial regulations.

2. Not Legal Advice

Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or prepare legal documents for you. Our services are limited to verifying identities, witnessing signatures, and notarizing documents.

3. Service Availability

Appointments are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if proper identification or legal requirements are not met.

4. Fees & Payments

All service fees are disclosed prior to your appointment.
Payments are due at the time of service.
Travel fees may apply for mobile notary services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must present valid, government-issued identification.
Documents must be complete and ready for notarization.
We will not notarize documents with blank spaces or incomplete sections.

6. Limitation of Liability

DYW Notary Services is not responsible for the content of documents or for verifying their legality. Our role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures.
